Able to Bevel Edges of Thick Plate with a 30 or 45 Degree Angle. Capable of Splitting Beams into Tee’s, in Half or Offset Measurements. Cutting HR & CR Steel and Aluminum Sheet & Plates to Your Needed Dimensions Operating a OxyFuel & Plasma Torch. Our Plasma Cutting Process uses an Electrical Arc, along with Compressed Air, to an Extremely Hot Temperature to Melt the Steel and Blow It Away; Resulting in a Closer Tolerance and Smoother Finish Cut. Both Cutting-Processes are CNC Controlled to match the Customer’s Drawing in either Format of a .DXF or .DWG file, from a Printed-Out Blueprint Email and/or Physically Traced-Out Cardboard Template.

Utilizing Liquid Oxygen and Ametalene® this Set-up Assembly can Pierce Through Plate up to 4” Thick. Operating Via Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Tracks & Torches can Produce Shapes Created to Precise Dimensions. Oxyfuel is Used to Cut the Thicker Parts of the Order, However It Burns the Material Kerf Line Needing to Grinding the Edges to Complete the Finished Product.

We offer Beam T-Splitting by Oxy-Fuel Split Stich-Cutting to Customers. Beam T-Splits are Made via Splitting a Steel Beam Down the Web Resulting a Two Tee’s afterwards. Paint Sprayer

GALvanizing (sourced to galvanizer)

We Offer Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Which is the Process of Immersing Individual Products or Fabricated Steel into a Bath of Molten Zinc at a 840˚F Degree Temperature. After Being Dipped, the Steel Reacts with the Zinc to Form a Series of Zinc-Iron Alloy Coating Causing a Metallurgically Bonds to the Steel Surface.
