COATING PROTECTION
PRIME
Priming is Mastered by Spraying the Workpiece with an Initial Primer that has a Corrosion Protection Element, which is Cutting and Welding Friendly. Using Primer on Steel Helps to Prevent Oxidation Rusting and Inhibits Preservation of the Product. Primer Red and Gray are Stock Colors. Priming Application Coating is Utilized in Industries Such as All Bridge Structures, Marine Dock Productions, Coastal Roads & Highways, Large City Infrastructures, Military Manufacturing and Certain Residential & Most Commercial Construction and Equipment.
PAINT SPRAYER
We Are Also Able to Paint Your Workpiece Material such as Safety OSHA Yellow, When Applicable. Prime Any Structural Shape; Includes Angles, Channels, Flats, Beams, Pipes and Tubes.
GALVANIZING (SOURCED TO GALVANIZER)
We Offer Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Which is the Process of Immersing Individual Products or Fabricated Steel into a Bath of Molten Zinc at a 840˚F Degree Temperature. After Being Dipped, the Steel Reacts with the Zinc to Form a Series of Zinc-Iron Alloy Coating Causing a Metallurgically Bonds to the Steel Surface. This Ensures a Consistent, Corrosive-Protective Layer on all the Surfaces, even on Those Inner Areas not Accessible to Other Forms of Applicators.
